TERMS OF USE

Build openly.
Keep it honest.

These terms protect a product network and MVP marketplace built around clear attribution, useful participation, and work people can evaluate.

Effective August 30, 2026

01 · AGREEMENT

A shared standard for using MVP Place.

By accessing or using MVP Place, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter into this agreement where you live, and you are responsible for complying with applicable law.

Public discovery does not require an account. Creating a founder profile, saving or supporting products, following founders, sending feedback, reporting content, or submitting a product requires a ChatGPT-authenticated session.

02 · ACCOUNTS

Your identity stays connected to your actions.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session and for keeping access to that session secure. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your connection to a product, evade a restriction, or use automation to manufacture engagement.

MVP Place may rate-limit or reject activity that threatens reliability, privacy, safety, or the integrity of public signals.

03 · YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership. You grant what the service needs.

You retain your rights in founder profiles, product submissions, MVP requests and proposals, logos, progress updates, and feedback you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material and to connect it to the named product, person, or project need.

You grant MVP Place a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted material only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and present the service. Public material may appear in discovery, search, product pages, founder pages, marketplace pages, feeds, metadata, and social previews. Private material stays limited to the workflow described when you submit it.

You can withdraw eligible submissions, change profile visibility, export account data, or delete the data connected to your MVP Place account through Founder Studio. Deleting MVP Place data does not delete the ChatGPT account used to authenticate the session.

04 · MVP MARKETPLACE

Project records and offers are not payments.

Clients may publish reviewed MVP requests, and builders with public profiles may publish reviewed services and submit private proposals. Verified product owners may opt a published product into public acquisition offers. Buyers must publish only genuine amounts and notes they are prepared to discuss; sellers must not imply that a project is available unless they control the listing and are genuinely open to a transaction.

Selecting a build proposal creates a participant-only project room. Accepting an acquisition offer marks the public project sale agreed and closes competing live offers. Neither action creates a payment, escrow, warranty, ownership transfer, or guarantee by MVP Place. MVP Place does not collect or transmit money, hold funds, verify ability to pay, perform due diligence, value projects, guarantee qualifications, or enforce an agreement between members.

Before sharing sensitive information, beginning work, or completing a sale, both parties are responsible for their own diligence and for agreeing applicable commercial, intellectual-property, confidentiality, tax, payment, security, asset-transfer, and delivery terms outside MVP Place. Do not publish confidential information, payment-card or bank details, deceptive payment links, manipulated offers or reviews, placeholder bids, spam, prohibited material, or discriminatory exclusions.

05 · PUBLIC SOURCES & BRANDS

Attribution is identification, not endorsement.

MVP Place may publish factual product information and identifying marks observed on official websites or other public sources. Source labels and observation dates explain where a record came from. A listing does not imply that the product owner sponsors, endorses, or partners with MVP Place.

An authorized representative may request ownership attribution by proving control of the product’s stored official domain and passing human review. Approval connects the existing catalog record to that representative’s public founder profile; it does not transfer trademark rights or certify the company, product, revenue, security, or performance.

Names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. If a record is inaccurate, unsafe, or incorrectly attributed, use its confidential report control so a moderator can review it.

06 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Protect people and the signal.

Do not use MVP Place to publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive material. Do not distribute malware, probe the service without authorization, scrape private surfaces, bypass access controls, spam participants, or coordinate fake engagement.

The Community Guidelines explain the product-specific standard for claims, branding, feedback, marketplace participation, and social signals.

07 · REVIEW & MODERATION

Publication is earned, not guaranteed.

Founder-submitted listings, progress updates, and MVP requests may require identity or domain context, a public founder profile where applicable, and editorial approval. MVP Place may reject, return, restrict, restore, or remove content when it does not meet publication, safety, attribution, or integrity standards.

Moderation decisions can rely on submitted material, public evidence, confidential reports, technical signals, and the surrounding context. Review confirms that publication requirements were checked; it does not certify revenue, customer claims, builder qualifications, security, legality, or business performance.

08 · THIRD-PARTY DESTINATIONS

The product link leaves MVP Place.

Official product destinations, founder websites, payment services, and other external services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. MVP Place does not control their availability, content, purchases, security, or conduct. Evaluate a destination before sharing information or entering a transaction.

09 · SERVICE BOUNDARY

A useful network, provided as available.

MVP Place is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every record is complete, every member performs as described, every external destination remains available, or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on MVP Place is legal, financial, investment, security, employment, or purchasing advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Place is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, a marketplace interaction, or a third-party destination. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10 · CHANGES

The date moves when the terms materially change.

These terms may change as the product and its safety requirements evolve. Material revisions will appear here with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply from that date.
